Pros
I appreciate the educational support. They help with 90% of the cost of a degree, and I've gotten certifications and participated in the annual Core Leadership Program. Last year (2022), they added two new holidays, a wellness program, and a hybrid work schedule. Not many companies are investing in new benefits right now. They care, and people are approachable and authentic.
Cons
We have a lot of companies, and their processes are somewhat separate from each other. As the company grows, we need to do better to streamline how we do things to gain better efficiencies.
