      Upper management lacks the courage to drive direction change. The company could enjoy a higher success rate if they deployed some strong change management skills and drove some process and technology improvements

      The people are nice, the benefits are good I guess.

      Cons

      Constant turn over, the job is stressful and they expect you to do a lot for how much they're paying you. No work life balance. Just look for something else, you can find better.
