      Pros

      Company has a great work environment, great benefits, can do better in terms of compensation in general but not bad at all for the size of the company.

      Cons

      I think the company as a whole is great, in general, but IT is a mess. It's chaotic, unorganized and does not make you feel secure. Direction is all over the place. Too much chaos - too many emails - and it is not conducive to anything.

      Great people to work with. Management cares about the employees. Great benefits. There is lot of opportunity for learning / participating in many different types of projects.

      Cons

      Very fast paced, if you do not like that, you will not be happy here.
