-Genuine CEO -Great Benefits -The money makers of the company are great.

Cons

-IT Department Management is terrible. -Management is degrading, demeaning and overall disrespectful. -Due to the above morale is at an all time low. Worse than a year ago for sure.

Great network of people to work with, a variety of projects to work on and the company really is great to work for!

Cons

Low turnover which is good traditionally but can be frustrating for anyone looking to be promoted quickly. Suggestions here is to work hard, don't be afraid to share suggestions for continuous improvementvand be open-minded!

Tons of hours, see new places, learn new things, lots of training.

Cons

They don’t treat everyone the same, and if you work for a company that they own you don’t exist. Most of the Training is worthless the moment you leave. A lot of places won’t recognize Myr’s Certifications
