Family atmosphere in each subsidiary. A lot of work and always chances to take on challenging projects. Great benefits.

Cons

Construction businesses built on old fashioned muscle yet needing to incorporate modern big business tools - unfortunately in some areas this has meant a greater empowerment of too much corporate thinking.

Longevity, this company cares about everyone that works for it from the top to bottom. I have worked for them over the years through many transitions and its main focus has always been its employees safety, livelihood and personal improvement. There is truly career advancement opportunity in this company.

I can think of none, this is a great company to work for and have recommended employment to many of my friends.
