      Pros

      The people I've worked with have been amazing. Many employees that have been around for decades. Supervision outside of Colorado is really supportive.

      Cons

      Just so everyone knows, YOUR TRUCKS HAVE BIG INWARD FACING CAMERA'S THAT ARE DISTRACTING "AF". They talk to you and comment on your driving, tell you it's recording you all the time. Make sure you ask about it before you come on, it's intrusive and distracting. Shows little trust just to save a buck on insurance. Or just discuss utilizing your own vehicle during your hiring process. I'll probably be trading by company one for personal. Sad they made me do that for privacy.
