      Great sales environment with many new buildings to lease!!!

      Pros

      Plenty of properties to cater to all budgets and styles. High income potential due to commission structure. Friendly work environment. Upper management is very supportive.

      Cons

      Definite lack of initial training which prohibits growth and efficiency. You have to push yourself if you want to be successful.

      Great place to get your feet wet in the Real Estate World.

      Cons

      Lack of communication on some teams however I believe it's improving.

      Mixed Bag of Results

      Pros

      Company has a real strong place in residential property management. great and varied assortment of properties. the design division of the company has some real solid and impressive talent on board.

      Cons

      too many of the senior people make decisions unilaterally, on short notice, and with no regard for process, procedure or protocol. it leaves the rest of the group running around to produce. the overall office environment can be incredible stifling and sterile. can feel very unwelcoming and unfriendly for new hires.
