      Pros

      Lots of people with various connections live in the buildings. In House perk of using the gym. Relatively simple task

      Cons

      Management tends to operate with the notion of high turnovers to be expected. At night you operate as security and witness a variety of different personal dealings throughout the building (police compliance, domestic disputes and theft). During the harsher climates and weather the older buildings will flood, creak and deteriorate.

      Terrible upper management No room for growth No training process No development resources Expects you to be able to function in a verbally abusive environment

      -An easy place to start out if you don’t have experience or training. -You'll get a basic sense of many aspects of the business. -Exposure to the changing landscape of a highly visible neighborhood in a major city.

      Cons

      -Much like working at a fast casual restaurant chain. If that’s your background and you need a job, vaya con Dios. If you’re being talked into this company as one that’s dynamic and full of growth potential where you’ll be supported and advance, don’t waste your time. -Training? What training? You’ll need to figure everything out on your own in order to be successful. That means you’re probably sharp enough to get a better job.
