      - Awesome place to start a career - Managers challenge you by presenting you with multiple projects, imposing tight deadlines, and allowing you to develop your own inferences of how to complete tasks with little to no supervision. - Best in class benefits - Superb Leadership - Free Coffee and Tea for all Employees. - Refrigerator in Kitchen area that is kept clean and uncluttered. - Water Cooler with cup dispenser. - Air conditioning in the office space.

      I can't honestly find any cons. It is near a utopian place to work.

      Pros

      - Good benefits for full-time employees - Good atmosphere in departments - Management is always trying to learn, always striving to be better

      Cons

      - Communication between departments is lacking - Working over-time is common - Raises not given when deserved - Hiring outside of company a lot-- hires outside of company make MUCH more than people who have shown their merit and moved up the ranks - Higher management is very removed
