Aside from a fast paced work environment that keeps you learning and growing, I could not speak more highly of all the people I got to work with during my time at MacKay Sposito. There is a general sense of concern for the projects they perform to ensure they are high quality, long lasting, and completed with integrity. I

Cons

Like many smaller companies, upward mobility can be challenging for certain positions. I ultimately left to accept a management position elsewhere.
