Pros

Good work environment. Good variety of projects if you want them. Competitive pay.

Cons

Sometimes it seems they have a lack of vision where the company is headed. They sometimes put too many eggs in one basket. They price themselves out of certain projects.

We agree that it's not good to "put too many eggs in one basket" and are aggressively pursuing greater client and market diversity. We have also completed our 3-year vision, which we are rolling out internally.
