The atmosphere and people within this company are making my experience there highly satisfactory and brilliant.

Pros

Everyone's nice and honest, they value you equally with whatever job you do. They are extremely flexible with your life like school and important dates with your family, as long as you're willing to give up some pay sometimes for these. The management are unlike any I've ever seen, they are chill characters that will treat you with respect. I've never felt unsafe or lowered in the halls of MacKay Sposito.

Cons

Sometimes deadlines can get stressful, but they're necessary. And if you're not willing to do weird jobs like changing things out of cars (which people ask of IT often), then IT isn't for you.

I have worked here for several years and I have loved my job every single day. Management treats employees well and gives credit where credit is due.

Pros

At one point a few years ago it was a very friendly and enthusiastic firm.

Cons

Ever since Al retired the company has become extremely shallow and only focused on making money and getting recognized in the media.
