you get paid out in cash for tips every night. because menu prices aren't too high the tips aren't great.

Cons

the amount of money you make is completely based off of the section you get each night.

Fast-paced work, fun environment, great coworkers, good food

Cons

Management was severely sexist and biased. Seniority didn't matter and even ability didn't matter when it came time to assign a "good" section. Newbies working in areas they had no expertise in solely because they sucked up to management.
