low retention rate in the kitchen as a result of poor management wait staff gets to decide how much of daily tips they pass on to kitchen staff (very little) micro-management

Pros

MRP prides itself on being a fun place to come in to relax and enjoy good food with friends, and it is. No experience was needed because they teach you as you go. Pay is better than minimum state standards, and they do tip outs for support staff (hosts, cooks). Servers are encouraged to be really casual and relaxed with customers, basically to treat them like friends. Overall, great place to work.

Cons

They need to work on scheduling and being consistent with their rules. They often say one thing, and then change the rule a few days later.
