Disparity and bias amongst employees

Timings are okay if you are in the city.

Cons

Clear bias is shown towards certain group of employees because clear buttering up by them. The management disburses increments based on it. No point of judging based on performance and KPIs achieved. If your good at buttering your seniors go for it. The entitled ones get all the benefits of taking double the amount of annual leaves along with treating the project as their personal fiefdom. Worst part is they rub it in the face of other employees.

Lovely company to work for: Car allowance, a Hybrid working pattern and a good work-life balance.

Cons

Career development structure is not very straightforward. Subscriptions for Professional bodies for employees are not emphasised either.

I feel Mace pay well. The people make the company what it is. Interesting range of sectors to work in.

Cons

I'm not sure the projects are as impressive as other bigger consultancies in the UK.
