Flexible, positive, incredible projects - top tier indeed Management are approachable, and do not tend to micro manage, it is possible to take ownership of elements and grow - it's up to you! The in-house central engineering resource is a good help. The intranet system is great and regular forums and on-line training has by-passed the COVID isolationism Great package!
Cons
No annual bonus, and the IT systems can be frustrating - Removed Adobe Pro which was critical to the speed quality of output needed in this role. Internet facilities on sites are very slow and again this is a massive blocker to delivering digital services efficiently.
