Good company to work generally
Pros
Flexible working, nice people, interesting projects, fantastic team work, career progression for some people in various sectors & great learning in many aspects, no regret at all.
Cons
I felt it’s only a tick box for the company image regarding promoting the diversity or females in power. I’m reality, it’s very male dominated company. It didn’t apply to me despite I am a very ambitious person with a great attitude to work & years of experience, very disappointing. The management didn’t support the above. The choices were to change the sector or leave the company to get a promotion after years of being at Mace. No payrise as kept hearing you haven't progressed higher; but in essence, they wouldn't allow/ support the progress. I left eventually, got permission & delivering high profile projects very successfully.
