graduate scheme is completely pointless

Members of senior leadership team promote toxic work culture and talk to junior/less senior managers poorly 'my way or the highway'. Majority of colleagues on current project are disengaged and disheartened, really disappointing after joining the company with so much enthusiasm and drive to progress. Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do if you get assigned to one of these projects. Often rolls downhill from directors who sit at the top of the project.
