Large organisation, so plenty of opportunities. If you are bored at Mace, you are doing something wrong!

Cons

Often work at a high level, so even senior people are relatively low down on the project.

International, Professional, Progressive, Excellent Training programme, one of the best main contractor that I have worked for.

Cons

Youngsters get promoted too quickly without necessary experience due to shortage of skilled & experience personnel.
