      Managers make the difference

      Pros

      Pandemic has improved the flexibility of working arrangements. Healthcare and pension offerings are good. If you have a good manager, progression and development is encouraged and supported.

      Cons

      Although they are pushing for change, diversity is still lacking. They still need to work on closing the gender pay gap within the company. If you dont have a good manager, progression and development is slow, difficult, and sometimes stagnant.

      Pros

      Good clients and project opportunities, most people are pretty smart and friendly.

      Cons

      Projects always struggled to delivery on-time, regularly requiring employees to work evenings and weekends -- often because of avoidable reasons though, e.g. they thoguht they woud skip the planning stage to save time, but now we are having to re-do / change things on fly as a result.
