Exciting company ruined by colossal egos

Pros

Exciting business carrying out massive projects, formed around the concept of looking to do things differently.

Cons

Hobbled by divisions across senior management, and the inability of many to control rampant egos. Pockets of institutionally-accepted behaviour which would be intolerable to most modern organisations - tantamount to bullying and intimidation. An excellent place for politicians, not so much for those with morals.

Health Benefits and Teamwork, restructuring means lots of changes for all levels.

Cons

Make sure you record your worked overtime or it will not be noted.
