I was disappointed to read your review, particularly around your perceptions of how women and transgender employees are treated differently to men. Let me assure you that our policies are to treat all employees equitably, with fairness and respect, regardless of their gender or sexual orientation. Over the last two years we have done some excellent work to raise awareness of and foster diversity and inclusion in Mace – this is part of what will sustain our competitive edge into the future and attract new and diverse talent to the industry. In respect of working long hours, I appreciate that this can be an issue for some project teams especially at key stages of a project when the pressure is really on. We are looking at how Mace can help project teams work more flexibly so that our people can all achieve a better work life balance in the future. - Mace People Director
