Large organisation, so plenty of opportunities. If you are bored at Mace, you are doing something wrong!

Cons

Often work at a high level, so even senior people are relatively low down on the project.

Hardworking, professional, good training, great apprentices and graduates programmes

Cons

Poor career development, limited career visibility, lack of middle management ( a lot of experience people and a lot of young people but big gap in between)
