      Pros

      Good salary - regularly market assessed. Work locations are considered and tend to be close to home. Good name in the industry for "wow" factor jobs like the Shard and Olympics

      Cons

      If you are a woman with a young family juggling work and family life you must accept parking your aspirations and ambitions at the front door. The Company view part time as dead end. Frustrating but doubt in this industry its any different elsewhere.

      Opportunity to create your own career path and work on high profile construction projects. Well defined corporate identity and service offering. Strong leadership at top and upper levels of business management. Entrepreneurial spirit encouraged.

      Cons

      London-centric management structure. Investment in talent development focused predominantly in the UK. Transferring between businesses within the Group could be streamlined.

      Sad excuse for a company

      Pros

      Free sodas, the clients are great to work with.

      Cons

      Literally every other month someone quits the team. The work environment is extremely hostile and not a healthy work environment. HR is not supportive and is only concerned with the company’s interest. There is no training at this job so you are set up for failure. Management has high turnover as well. People aren’t being fired, they are quitting. There is no advancement at the Houston site for this company. They client is Invesco. Invesco is great.
