      Wages Project opportunities are the best in the UK PM market Staff are supportive generally Very well linked between departments and sectors for knowledge sharing Great pride in the workplace and in the quality of work Good leadership and training for company leaders

      Excellent benefits, clear directive from management. Work life balance. Good facilities. Central location. Cycle to work, health care. Staff engagement

      Cons

      Tend to work for the exceptions, and not the rule. At times they are unwilling to make crucial decisions. Group Services haven't got a leg to stand on in regards to Service level agreements - no SLA or customer charter set.
