      Pros

      Some of their flagship projects can be very interesting. At the time of my employment they had a very good mentor scheme and graduate scheme. The support of training was second to none.

      Cons

      I found I was involved in alot of company politics.

      Pros

      Good size company, good exciting projects, salary always on time, reasonable bonus.

      Cons

      Senior management in Baku haven't got a clue, lots of people being carried by the few good people, salaries are not based very well on grade and experience, management act like bullies and lying main contractors instead of the professional body they should be and looking after their clients interests.
