      AVOID ALL COSTS!!!

      Pros

      Not far from home, easy to get to. Nice modern building, free parking. That's about all!

      Cons

      The worst company and staff I've EVER worked for. Absolutely no respect or support for myself as a disabled employee. They blatantly turn a blind eye to bullying managers, despite myself raising a grievance. Do yourself a favour, don't apply to this company

      We are really sorry to hear that you feel your complaint was not handled satisfactorily. Mace has very strong policies to ensure that all staff are treated fairly irrespective of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation. All due processes are followed in line with the company's grievance procedure and the Equality Act 2010. Mace understands and values the importance of having a diverse workforce that allows us to provide a better perspective on our clients' challenges. As a minimum we always follow the requirements set out by the Equality Act 2010.

      Losing your shape

      Technically excellent, pay well, likeable people on the whole, build some of the worlds most iconic structures

      Cons

      seem to be losing their identity, too many egos to massage, appear to be lurching from one crisis to another, too many initiatives
