Moved countries, changed business units twice, graduate program strong.

Cons

Not supportive towards career aspirations, I didnt feel listened to, I had no direction and I felt more like a tool to achieve something as opposed to getting the best out of me. When I went to leave the approach was suggesting other roles which I wouldn't have wanted instead of asking me what I need or the direction I wanted to go.
