Good overall benefits. Knowledgeable teams. Can be a good company for people starting their career.

Cons

Full of politics. Individuality is not praised. The client comes first. The values of the company are not followed. Constant restructure that resulted in not knowing who they are anymore. There’s favouritism and cliques.

Your career is in your hand so make the most of it. Great project exposure after you have demonstrated your ability. A good mix of diverse leadership which provide a good balance.

Cons

Work volume can be an issue at times. Mace strives to be the best so your work is scrutinised at all levels, so be prepared to work hard and become an industry leader.
