Emerging talent team helpful and caring of your wellbeing, ensuring you have settled in and are getting on ok regularly. Warm welcoming from staff and treated fairly, senior staff all appreciate you may have limited knowledge as an apprentice.

Cons

Responsibility workload is high, however this is only a con if you do not work hard.
