      Pros

      Good salary and package, great people and some really interesting projects both live and in the pipeline. Senior levels of management are very approachable and opportunities exist for advancement.

      Cons

      Some clients can be difficult, not a great deal of freedom to move internally within the business i.e to pursue international work. Not at the same level of innovation or development in certain departments when compared to other companies.

      Management is avaiable to listen to any concerns. Room for growth. Opportunity for international experience and relocation

      Favoritism can be seen in some sectors. Experience can highly vary with line managers. Can become a number in the large company. Pay is not competitive

      Work on great iconic projects, impressive client listing, chance to travel the world. Personal benefits are good if your face fits.

      Cons

      There is an air of professionalism but that's not shared through all the management team - they tend to hire like for like so cliques develop.
