i have no much to say.. and i do not think they are good
Pros
- Work from home - You meet great coworkers that are wonderful - Pay is okay, and benefits are okay after a small amount of time
Cons
- lack of communication - HR is predatory just as much as the trainers during your training and after - They make sure you are aware you are replaceable and hold things against you - They are not empathetic to any personal issues that could affect your work - Family emergencies/tragedies are devastating for you, but an inconvenience for the company and they make pretty clear it is - They are not very accommodating of growth within the company - Reporting any kind of bullying from higher up and/or others is just reframed back into, it is your fault, and YOU need to understand their point of view of why they do that and make you feel stupid for reaching out. - They are "always growing" as a company, but that just means stricter policies - Mouse has a tracker, along with your keyboard, and your headset mic is also recording you at all times, even if it is on mute; they still have a recording of what you're saying. Either in meetings or just working. They are tracking you! - Growing is impossible - They push to have your camera on at all times in meetings, even if you are sick, or blowing your nose, anything. They want them on, and if it's off, within seconds, you're getting an HR warning or a message about it needing to be on. - People's operation is just against you, and more corporate robot than a person, willing to help. - They do NOT care about your opinion, nor do they care about if something makes you uncomfortable - They do not give you any PTO until months of not working, therefore, if something happens during your 8-week training, you will get pentizlized against you - Training is not good. 8-weeks worth of training, but yes, the material is detailed and even the most detail-oriented person won't be able to learn every day as they ask you to look over material after hours, but stress they do not like over time. - They make you take a test to see if you understand the material that they rush to teach you, and give you no time to learn their weirdly specific material. If you miss more than 3 points, you will fail the test, and you will be terminated before actually being able to work with cases. - Everything is a competition, Nothing is about just doing the job with coworkers and higher-ups, everyone is your enmy and they make you feel as so.
