Folks here are thoughtful about what they’re building and why. There are tons of really interesting problems to solve. If you like working through open-ended problems, there’s a lot of that. The team is sharp and dedicated.

Cons

A few things still feel like a work in progress — things can move fast without always being super clear. But leadership is aware and is putting in a solid effort to improve things.
