Second level and upward management is awful. Pretty much allowed to say and do as they please. Productivity set at an unattainable level with the expectation of perfection.

I had such high hopes for this position and almost always met or exceeded my expectations but no matter what you do at this company it is never enough for them and it seems the better you do the more you are micromanaged and watched like a hawk. I have never done so well in a position but be made to feel so ignorant and like a failure as I have here. There is no praise for a job well done it is always what you need to do better. I have never in any job I have had in 25 years experienced the level of micromanagement as I have here it feels more like harassment than anything. The pay cannot ever be worth the stress and blow to your confidence this job provides. Want to cry at work, feel like an idiot constantly, have high blood pressure and worry about your physical and mental health constantly due to the stress? Fill out an application.
