      Work from home. Benefits were ok. Bonuses. Friendly coworkers. Can move into new roles.

      They hate when employees are not constantly at their desk which is why they moved to 100% work from home.

      Pros

      Machinify is growing quickly, which speaks to the impact the company is making in healthcare and creates real opportunity for employees to be part of building something meaningful. There’s a strong sense that the work matters. The culture is one of the biggest positives. I’ve spent most of my career in healthcare, and Machinify has some of the most compassionate, thoughtful, and hardworking colleagues I’ve worked with. People genuinely want to do the right thing for customers and for each other. There’s also a lot of flexibility. Many employees work remotely full time, and the overall employee experience is solid. For a company at this stage, there’s good energy, collaboration, and openness to improving how we operate.

      Cons

      Rapid growth can be uncomfortable at times. Change happens quickly, and that can be difficult to navigate — especially for teams coming from legacy organizations with different ways of working. Because the company is still building and maturing some foundational processes and systems, there are moments where things can feel unclear or in transition. The positive is that investments are being made, and improvements are noticeable as the company continues to scale. For many people, the opportunity to help shape and strengthen how things work is a meaningful part of the experience.
