The hours are tough, during the holidays expect to work 10-12 hour days with few if any days off. I think your job experience completely depends on the store you're in. If the store manager and other sales managers are fair and hard-working you'll have a good experience.

Work-life balance is terrible. I am in my 20's and definitely didn't want to be working nights and weekends. I knew this going in but it's much worse when you're doing it and there's no end in sight. Career opportunities is the main reason I left. The program stated I would need to be a sales manager for 1-2 years. 2 and a half year later, I was told I was doing great and meet all expectations, yet would need to wait about 2 more years before getting advanced to the next step. The program was just very misleading from the beginning. The politics in the entire company are outrageous.
