Pros

Amazing program, they give you a lot of attention and guidance. Company culture and other colleagues are wonderful.

Cons

As a company they are struggling and as a new grad it was hard to want to stay with a company where most of their employees are older. I needed something more refreshing.

Pros

they rotate you so you learn many different things

Cons

you have to walk many miles a day, and if retail is not your industry it would be hard for you to get interested in the daily activities of the store.

Pros

Great benefits, generous compensation right from the beginning, sign on bonus.

Cons

I wanted to be more back of house/macy's corporate and this was on the retail floor, managerial. The hours and rotating schedule was hard to work around and inflexible. But this just wasn't the right fit for me, none of this is a surprise when you sign on, so more a matter of personal preference for career.
