Cons
Everyone acts as if they could care less about their job. Poor customer service, bad training. Depending on management, they will be more than helpful when you first start, then talk about you behind your back. They even set up employees to see if they will steal. Usually there are always 1-2 worker bees during the shift, the rest in the department just sit around and let crap build up. There is a 2 week schedule that is available online and in the register to print out. Very convient, but some in management will abuse this and will change a schedule last minute - without informing you. If you don't open up enough Macy's Credit card account (even with the economy the way it is, they INCREASED the quota) you will have negative reviews, counselings, and unfavorable views among all.
