      Pros

      Putting makeup on customers was the best part of this job.

      Cons

      Macys Management. They acted like they would kill you if you missed days you are scheduled to work even if are in the hospital! Anytime you needed to get the management involved on the sales floor was a huge challenge because they are understaffed.

      The people are great to work with. The shifts offered flexible hours.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, scheduling time off was difficult, especially during holidays. There was not much room for advancement.
