      Employee discount, ability to grow career, friendly peers who become your second family. Great place to work strong company with great reputation.

      Cons

      immediate feedback and coaching on job performance to allow growth, but if you are strong and ask questions it is a great place to move forward. Salary for associates

      1. You get a discount with any purchase at MACY'S. 2. Very good sales experience 3. It is not frowned upon. It is a decent job. 4. If you open a MACY'S card you receive MACY'S money.

      Cons

      1. Very tiring 2. The pay absolutely sucks for the work you are doing. 3. When you do a great job, no one seems to care or notice too much. 4. You go home with either a headache or a backache.. not to mention you will be standing for hours. 5. Just not work it for the pay if you can get a job elsewhere.
