Pros
-Decent environment -Starting pay not bad for new hires looking for 1st or 2nd retail job
Cons
-Pressured to open new credit accounts above anything else including Customer Service -Management not the best (i.e. disconnection with employees, simply don't know their department very well) -Every year after your review , you only get 25 cent raise (not guaranteed) -Ridiculous scorecard keeps track of your statistics and provides huge influence on your review (if you go past your sales goal everyday but your "items per transaction goal" is unattained, you will most likely have to speak to manager on how to improve. This tends to happen all the time.
