Pros

The company is rich in history and has amazing prices on clothing.

Cons

In order to get your associate discount you have to have their credit card, management doesn't give other management recognition for anything that they do, they treat people like crap and pay employees really bad too.

Pros

Fun culture, work hard, play hard. Treat their Executive Development Program members well. Lots of Development opportunities. Half-Day fridays in the summer are great. Intern program is very well run

Cons

My supervisor seemed to not really care about her employees. Lots of deadlines and a ton of responsibility is placed on an entry level employee

Pros

Can be a fun environment if you have the right co-workers

Cons

Constant push to open new credit accounts with customers, lack of focus on actually driving sales, and making customers happy
