Pros
I got to meet many different people and attained customers of my own. I was really shy before I got the job and it really helped me gain a lot of confidence by forcing me to go outside my comfort zone. I learned many different clothing brand names I had never known before.
Cons
The big one here is that it can be really hard to get customers to open a credit card account. Your job is mostly based on how many customers you get to open an account. And you have to sell sell sell! Sell like mad. What made it really difficult to sell was when there were barely any customers around. I always seemed to be scheduled on days when it was really slow. You have to pick your schedule wisely here.
