Too much emphasis put on loyalty program. Pressured by management. ALl they care about is money and not the employees who work their butts off. low pay.

Senior management plays favorites. Education and intelligence not valued, they just want you to do things the "Macy's Way" and do not want fresh ideas. Upper management seem to have been there for ages and are stubborn, stuck in their ways with old-school management through intimidation and lack of focus on big picture ideas. Management only concerned about sucking up to management above them and would just focus on those things instead of how to effectively run a business. Lots of immaturity from senior management all the way down to the sales floor. Very unprofessional environment and NOT a viable place for advancement if you are a MAN.
