      Macy's employs great management, but the company fails to recognize the employee's needs during the holiday season.

      Pros

      Great Management. The management provided feedback when needed and effective training upon hiring. This was a fun place to work.

      Cons

      The management did not hire enough help during the holiday season resulting in call offs increasing demands on other employees. Another issue was the failure of management not informing the employees in the junior's section to keep the area neat and clean. This was a discussion I had with other consumer's after I left my employment at Macy's.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working at Macy's! I have worked at other department stores and shops, but Macy's was a bit more structured. I heard that they weren't as good as Foley's, but it was still good enough for me to work there for as long as I did. My supervisor was nice

      Cons

      I hated how we always seem to have some type of promotion to sell besides the clothes. Some coupon or the other. It was annoying.
