Pros

Free gratis from training and the commission is a nice bonus even though it's only 3%.

Cons

Do not respect their employees. Customer is ALWAYS right now, you have to make every single coupon work and it lets customers walk all over you. My manager would never support me or come to my aid but instead would throw me under the bus to finish a sale. The policies are ridiculous. I was fired because my grandmother passed away the day before thanksgiving, and I was not allowed to have bereavement for two days to mourn her passing. It took away my attendance points (which are impossible to gain back at a reasonable rate) and I was fired.

Pros

Challenging and extremely motivating environment. Ability to have work life balance a plus. Above average compensation and many opportunities to advance

Cons

Have forgotten it is a retail store and focuses on credit or charity donations as gimmicks. Extremely high pressure to deliver on many different metrics that make it almost impossible to achieve. Not good at keeping morale up when hard times come.
