Pros

Store discounts, flexible hours, social work environment, 3 hour shifts (not worth even driving for)

Cons

Have to work weekends and evenings; in my situation a male consultant was paid significantly more than any of the women in our group even though there were no requirements for the job.

Pros

I cannot in good faith list any PROS after working at this wretched place. Training tried to make it worthwhile. Coworkers were the only bright point.

Cons

Poor pay Horrible hours Leadership does everything except lead or develop Great if reliving found memories of High School Cliques and pettiness sign on up.
