Pros

-omnichannel environment -smart management but doesn't necessarily fix root problems

Cons

-nasty people blaming others for any mistakes -less room for promotions and oftentimes prefer length of time in job than skills -much of the work is a guessing game and doesn't directly drive results -partners rely on each other too much

Pros

Flexible hours. Availability to take personal days off. Being able to access schedule online.

Cons

The management is terrible. No training. Managers are promoted and put in departments without any information on that department. The stores are kept hot. No one cares if you take a break or not.

Pros

Discount (20%), contests to earn Macy Money, coworkers, awesome flexibility when it comes to scheduling

Cons

Scary customers who think Macy's is Walmart (or a freaking flea market), customers can return items they've used (most lax return policy I've ever come across in retail)
