      Pros

      Great work life culture. Smart people with low ego. Desire to change and listen...but limited by the company. Management listens and wants people to be engaged. Opportunities to grow internally.

      Cons

      Pay and bonus...definitely not industry standards. Benefits as a whole are pretty meh Lots of layers to navigate to get things done

      Terrible relationship between company and employees.

      Relatively low stress job, typically not very busy

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about you as a person. They use an attendance credit system, and if you have to call out sick one day you lose a credit. You start out with 3 credits and after 3 months get 3 more. After that you must have perfect attendance for a month to get one credit and can have no more than 12 at a time. If you are more than 6 minutes late you lose half a credit and more than 20 you lose a full credit. Credits are very easy to lose but very hard to get back. At 2 credits you get a warning and at 0 are terminated. A person doesn't make the schedule a computer does and so switching shifts with people or changing a shift is very difficult and managers don't want to help. In cosmetics you make 2.7% commission on all cosmetics sales, which unfortunately adds up to just about nothing when you don't work in a very busy store. The pros just do not outweigh the cons.
