Pros

Flexible work schedules!..There is also a point system so if you don't want to work--you can stay home and "take a point"...but when you run out of "points"- you're fired..

Cons

Too many to list!...Horrible pay schedule!..Who ever invented draw vs commission should be fired!

Pros

Salaries seem to be competitive. Employee discount at stores and .com. Relaxed dress code. Most people there are pretty friendly.

Cons

Cost of benefits are way too high and their quality is lackluster. No tele-working program. Poor work/life balance. Too many cliques and factions. Will put aside common sense to keep making money or to make more money. Poor physical work environment.
